Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to own and drive complex client implementations of our fintech solutions. This senior individual contributor role requires someone who can operate autonomously, make strategic decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients during their onboarding journey. You will lead implementations from kickoff through go-live, shaping best practices and driving continuous improvement across our implementation methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise and strategic clients, making independent decisions on project approach, timeline management, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical requirements and recommending optimal solution configurations
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including engineering, product, and customer success, driving accountability and removing blockers to keep implementations on track
  • Conduct strategic discovery sessions to understand client ecosystems, identify integration complexities, and design implementation approaches that maximize value realization
  • Develop and refine implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices that scale across the organization and improve delivery efficiency
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide client feedback that informs roadmap priorities and solution enhancements
     
Experience & Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience leading implementations, technical onboarding, or solution delivery, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in technology implementation
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with minimal oversight while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand integrations, APIs, and system configurations; experience with project management and collaboration tools
  • Executive presence with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and influencing outcomes across organizational levels
  • Process improvement mindset with experience developing scalable frameworks, documentation, and training programs
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of underwriting rule
  • Experience working in the credit union section, where member‑focused lending practices and regulatory requirements are central to decision‑making
